This page contains the main commercial information for authorised Cannonball® dealers ordering through Special Sax Distribution.
Dealer Volume Discount
Dealers benefit from additional discounts when combining multiple eligible instruments in one order. Different Cannonball instrument types and models may be combined to reach the applicable volume discount.

| 5–9 instruments | 5% additional discount |
| 10+ instruments | 8% additional discount |
Volume discounts apply to instruments only. Premium Hand Engraving, shipping, handling fees and other special charges are excluded from volume discounts. Premium Hand Engraving does not count as an additional instrument.

Ordering & Payment
After submitting your order, Special Sax Distribution will review product availability, order details, any customisation options and shipping arrangements before final confirmation.
A 30% deposit applies to all instrument orders. Once the order has been reviewed and confirmed, a separate deposit invoice will be sent to the email address registered with us.
The invoice includes a secure Mollie payment link. Depending on your country and the available payment options, payment can be made using commonly used European banking methods and major credit cards.
The remaining balance is invoiced when the instruments are packed and ready for dispatch. The final invoice will also be sent separately to the email address registered with us.
Orders are dispatched after the full outstanding balance has been received.
Special Orders & Cancellations
We understand that circumstances can change. However, once an order has been confirmed, Special Sax Distribution may already have incurred costs or made commitments to Cannonball.
If a regular instrument order is cancelled after confirmation, cancellation costs may be charged depending on the stage of the order and any costs already incurred.
For special-order instruments, custom finishes and other customer-specific configurations, the 30% deposit relating to the relevant instrument is non-refundable in the event of cancellation, as the instrument has been ordered specifically for the dealer.
If an order is already in progress and can no longer be cancelled with Cannonball, any additional non-refundable costs, such as Premium Hand Engraving or other customisation costs, will need to be charged in full.
Availability & Lead Times
Lead times shown in the dealer portal are estimates only. Actual delivery times depend on product availability, production schedules, international transport and other logistical circumstances.
The indicated lead time does not constitute a guaranteed delivery date. Final availability and the expected delivery time will be confirmed after your order has been reviewed.
Shipping & Order Review
Shipping costs are calculated after the order has been reviewed. Where applicable, handling and administration charges will be added before the final order confirmation is issued.
This review process allows Special Sax Distribution to confirm availability, special-order details, Premium Hand Engraving, shipping arrangements and the final amount due before dispatch.
